Admission to the Estuarium will be free all day!
Due to the popularity of recent Free Admission Days, guests must preregister before visiting!
Our Birds of Thurston County Exhibit was created in collaboration with the University of Washington’s School of Environmental and Forest Sciences and the Black Hills Audubon Society. This exhibit will introduce you to a number of bird species that either live in the South Sound year-round or call our community home while migrating through from far away lands. For February and March, we are also featuring local and rare bird specimens on loan from the Slater Museum of Natural History at the University of Puget Sound. And when you visit, you can make your own pine cone bird feeder or play a game to learn about bird evolution!

This is a free event that is open to the public. Masks are highly recommended, and COVID-19 protocols will be in effect.
