Tiny Tides Storytime

Family-friendly fun at the Estuarium!

Join us every first Saturday of the month from 10:00 – 11:00 AM for Tiny Tides Storytime. Estuarium team members will read a marine-life themed picture book from our Children’s Library. In addition to the book reading, participants will be able to explore our exhibits, meet our touch tank animal ambassadors, and help us feed our tank animals! Your ticket also includes admission to the Estuarium, so you can hangout after the event to explore!

Tickets are $15.00 per adult and $3 per child.

Estuary Themed Picture Books

Each event starts with an estuary or marine themed book reading from our Children’s Library.

Animal Touch Tank & Feeding

Admission to Tiny Tides comes with touch tank animal interaction time and the chance to help feed the tank animals!

Tiny Tides Storytime on Youtube

During distanced learning at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Estuarium partnered with the South Sound Reading Foundation to bring virtual estuary education to early learners through story book readings. Thanks to the success of our virtual Tiny Tides Storytime Youtube series, we have brought an in-person version of the program to the Estuarium! Come join us during Tiny Tides every 1st Saturday of the month from 10:00 – 11:00 AM.
